We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrument Manager to lead the PM5 Project. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in the pulp and paper industry, with proficiency in both English and Arabic. The successful candidate will manage the installation, programming, and commissioning of various electrical and instrumentation systems, ensuring all processes meet industry standards and project requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the installation, programming, and commissioning of ABB drives, particularly the AS880 series.
  • Professional handling and programming of 800xA systems using Control Builder.
  • Develop and manage systems using AC800M controllers with Control Builder.
  • Program ABB HMI using Panel Builder.
  • Utilize Automation Builder for programming AC500 controllers.
  • Supervise and execute commissioning and programming of ABB magnet drives.
  • Program and commission PLC Siemens S7 logic systems.
  • Develop functional descriptions and logic diagrams for various systems.
  • Commission control valves, pressure transmitters, contingency transmitters, and other instrument equipment.
  • Program and commission Siemens Drives (Simovrt, MasterDrive, Micro Master, Sinamics) using appropriate interfaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.

Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in electrical and instrument management within the pulp and paper industry.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with ABB drives, particularly AS880.
  • Expertise in programming and installation of 800xA systems.
  • Professional experience with AC800M controllers using Control Builder.
  • Competence in ABB HMI programming using Panel Builder.
  • Skilled in programming AC500 controllers using Automation Builder.
  • Experience with ABB magnet drives.
