2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Site HSE Implementation
  • Enforce project HSE plans, procedures, method statements, and risk assessments.


  • Ensure daily compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW), LOTO, Working at Height, Lifting Operations, Electrical Safety, and Excavation controls.


  • Conduct routine site inspections, safety walks, and audits across all work fronts.


  • Monitor high-risk activities:


    • Piling and civil works


    • Heavy lifting and crane operations


    • DC/AC electrical works


    • Work at height (trackers, modules, inverters)


    • Hot works and confined spaces


B. Hazard Identification & Risk Control
  • Lead Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Task Risk Assessments (TRA).


  • Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions; ensure immediate corrective actions.


  • Track and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), observations, and audit findings.


  • Participate in design and construction safety reviews.


C. Training & Awareness
  • Conduct site HSE induction and trade-specific training.


  • Deliver toolbox talks, supervisor coaching, and safety campaigns.


  • Promote safety culture, worker engagement, and reporting of near misses.
