Eram Talent is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English as a Foreign Language (EFL) Instructor to join our educational team in Saudi Arabia.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to teach English to non-native speakers, helping them develop their language skills for academic, professional, and everyday communication.

Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cover reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
Assess students’ language abilities and provide constructive feedback to support their improvement.
Facilitate classroom discussions and interactive activities that promote language practice.
Prepare students for standardized tests and exams as needed.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
Maintain a supportive and motivational classroom atmosphere to encourage student participation.
Stay updated on current teaching methodologies and best practices for EFL instruction.
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English as a foreign language.
Strong knowledge of language acquisition theories and teaching methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their language goals.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
