Job description

An e-commerce manager for FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) products is responsible for driving online sales and managing the digital presence of a company's products. This involves developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, managing product listings, executing marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance data to optimize online sales and customer experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the online business. 
  • Product Management:
  • Manage product listings, descriptions, and pricing, and ensure the accuracy and appeal of online product information. 
  • Marketing & Promotion:
  • Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and social media engagement to drive traffic and sales. 
  • Sales Management:
  • Monitor sales, track orders, and manage shipments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. 
  • Customer Experience:
  • Optimize the user experience on the online platform, manage customer feedback, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze website performance, customer behavior, and marketing campaign results to identify areas for improvement and growth. 
  • Vendor Management:
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, such as e-commerce platforms and marketing agencies. 
  • Trend Monitoring:
  • Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends and best practices to ensure the company's online presence remains competitive. 
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with various teams, including marketing, sales, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience.
