Eram Talent, a division of the ERAM Group, is seeking an experienced Drilling Rig Foreman (Drilling and Workover) to join our client's team in the Oil & Energy sector.
The successful candidate will oversee field operations of land drilling and workover rigs, ensuring efficient and safe drilling and remedial operations on wells ranging from shallow to deep depths.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate drilling and workover operations, ensuring compliance with safety policies and contractual requirements.
Manage rig crews and contractors to ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Monitor well progress and performance, making necessary adjustments and recommendations to improve efficiency and safety.
Ensure timely delivery and availability of well materials and equipment for operations.
Maintain accurate daily drilling reports and documentation.
Coordinate with engineering and other departments to implement best practices and modern drilling techniques.
Ensure equipment is properly maintained to minimize downtime and enhance safety.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure all rig personnel adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Salary is not a constraint ,company is looking for right candidate .
Minimum 13 years of relevant experience in drilling and workover operations, including supervisory roles ideally gained through progression on drilling or workover rigs.
OR B.S. degree in Engineering with at least 7 years of hands-on drilling and workover experience including supervisory responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of drilling and workover equipment, techniques, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to live and work in remote locations and harsh conditions, including mobile camps.
