Our client is a leading facility management services provider supporting commercial, mixed-use, and infrastructure assets across Saudi Arabia. The organisation is expanding its service portfolio and operational footprint.
The Role
The Director of Operations will oversee large-scale facility management contracts, ensuring service quality, compliance, and profitability. This role will manage multi-site operations, SLAs, and client relationships across key accounts. A major focus will be operational standardisation, workforce productivity, and cost control. The Director will work closely with business development to support contract renewals and new bids. The role will also drive HSE and compliance standards across operations.
Candidate Profile
Candidates must have senior operations leadership experience within facility management or outsourced services. Strong exposure to large contracts and workforce-intensive environments is essential. Experience operating in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong client management skills, operational discipline, and leadership maturity. Technical FM background is advantageous.
