About the Role We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to join our growing engineering team.
In this role, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining reliable cloud infrastructure while driving automation and improving deployment efficiency across the platform.
You will collaborate closely with software engineers and technical teams to ensure system reliability, security, scalability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on GCP, including GKE, Compute Engine, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, IAM, and VPC.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
Manage containerized applications and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (GKE).
Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Ensure security, compliance, reliability, and cost optimization across cloud environments.
Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment workflows, application performance, and system reliability.
Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident response and root cause analysis.
Continuously improve automation, operational processes, and infrastructure scalability.
3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Engineering roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its core services.
Excellent experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.
Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking, and cloud security best practices.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to Have Google Cloud certifications such as Professional Cloud Architect or Professional DevOps Engineer.
Experience with Istio, Helm, and ArgoCD.
Familiarity with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
Language Requirements Fluent in both Arabic and English.
