Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a skilled Development Manager – Urban Core to lead the planning and execution of our high-impact urban development projects.
This role focuses on creating dynamic, sustainable urban environments that integrate residential, commercial, and recreational spaces to enhance the community experience.
As a key member of our development team, you will drive the delivery of urban core projects that align with Qiddiya’s ambitious vision.
Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all phases of urban core development projects, including planning, design, approvals, and construction management.
Perform detailed feasibility studies and market analyses to support project decision-making.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, planners, engineers, and consultants to develop innovative urban solutions.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Engage with regulatory authorities, stakeholders, and community representatives to facilitate project approvals and foster partnerships.
Ensure compliance with zoning laws, environmental standards, and sustainability principles.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
Report regularly to senior management on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to building a high-performance development team culture.

Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
5 years of experience in residential apartment Preferred working in apartment buildings 10 to 20 levels.
Ideally development management experience in in mixed use projects Demonstrated success in managing complex development projects from inception to completion.
Strong knowledge of urban planning principles, zoning regulations, and sustainability best practices.
Excellent project management skills, including proficiency with project management software.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing team members.
