Responsibilities

We are building a pipeline to be prepared for upcoming projects in the coming months. Mobilisation is anticipated to take between 3-6 months.


Our newest opportunity is for talented Design Manager to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh, KSA.


This critical role will work as part of the Infrastructure team, working on master planning and designing infrastructure including roads and various utility networks.


We envisage success in this role to include:


  • Participating in and coordinating the design development and delivery of large and multi-discipline land development infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinating, monitoring and verifying design progress and submittals at all design phases.
  • Liaising, in coordination with the Project Manager, with the various project stakeholders, including internal teams, the client, consultants and contractors.
  • Participating in establishing and implementing the Project Management Plan and procedures.
  • Ensuring project standards and Quality Management procedures are implemented across each of the technical areas involved in the project, including project administration.
  • Ensuring terms of the contract are followed and manage scope changes and their effect on delivery of project objectives.
  • Organizing, attending or chairing design meetings and workshops, which will include preparing meeting minutes and following up on identified actions

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15 + years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent), Master's is preferable. 


Furthermore, you should demonstrate:


  • Proven experience in the design of various infrastructures.
  • Experienced in 3D modeling infrastructure design methodologies and software.
  • Knowledge in BIM and AutoCAD Civil 3D is an advantage..
