Data Science Sr. Manager

The Saudi Tourism Authority (STA) was established to drive the growth of the travel and tourism sector in Saudi Arabia. It serves the needs of tourism companies and commercial partners by developing and marketing tourism products and packages. STA is dedicated to enhancing the level of tourism services in the Kingdom, enriching the experience for tourists. Through various initiatives and campaigns, STA promotes Saudi Arabia as a premier travel destination, showcasing its rich cultural heritage, diverse landscapes, and warm hospitality.

• Support the development and implementation of data models, analytics tools, and machine learning algorithms under the guidance of the Data Science Manager to address business and operational needs.
• Collaborate with departments across Tourism Data & Insights to collect requirements, prepare datasets, and execute data analysis and model development.
• Assist in identifying and validating reliable internal and external data sources to ensure accuracy and consistency in analytical outputs.
• Perform data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and preparation for analytical use and model training.
• Contribute to the delivery of data-driven insights and solutions that enhance decision-making, performance monitoring, and organizational effectiveness.
• Perform other activities as and when required.

• يدعم تطوير وتنفيذ نماذج البيانات، وأدوات التحليلات، وخوارزميات التعلّم الآلي تحت إشراف مدير علم البيانات لتلبية احتياجات الأعمال والتشغيل.
• يتعاون مع الإدارات المختلفة ضمن إدارة بيانات ورؤى السياحة لجمع المتطلبات، وتحضير مجموعات البيانات، وتنفيذ تحليلات البيانات وتطوير النماذج.
• يساعد في تحديد والتحقق من موثوقية مصادر البيانات الداخلية والخارجية لضمان الدقة والاتساق في المخرجات التحليلية.
• ينفّذ مهام استخراج البيانات وتنظيفها وتحويلها وإعدادها للاستخدام التحليلي وتدريب النماذج.
• يساهم في تقديم الحلول والرؤى المبنية على البيانات بما يعزز عملية اتخاذ القرار، ومتابعة الأداء، ورفع كفاءة العمل المؤسسي.
• يقوم بتنفيذ أي مهام أخرى تُكلّف له عند الحاجة.
