We are actively seeking an experienced Cost Engineer to support oil & gas project.
The role focuses on cost estimating, cost control, budgeting, and supporting project teams through all phases of execution.
Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates for feasibility, FEED, and EPC phases.
Develop and manage project cost budgets and forecasts.
Monitor cost performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Support contract evaluations, bid analysis, and change management.
Prepare cost reports, cash flow projections, and KPIs.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and planning teams.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal procedures.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of cost engineering experience in upstream and/or downstream projects.
Strong knowledge of estimating methods, cost control tools, and project management concepts.
Proficiency in Excel and cost management software (e.
g., SAP, Primavera, AACE practices).
Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
