KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Ensure full compliance with the organization’s code of ethics, procurement policies, procedures, and applicable regulations to safeguard integrity, promote transparency, and support effective, value‑driven
procurement outcomes.
• Apply expanded conceptual knowledge of contracting principles to broaden functional capabilities and strengthen the quality of procurement outcomes.
• Communicate complex contracting information clearly to stakeholders to support understanding and effective decision‑making in straightforward situations.
• Provide informal guidance to new team members to support their learning, integration, and consistent application of procurement standards.
• Analyze and solve routine contracting issues using technical experience, sound judgment, and established precedents to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery.
• Lead and coordinate the full development of service contracts.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of contracts, ensuring alignment with commercial, technical, and legal requirements.
• Recommend enhancements to contracting processes and procedures to improve efficiency, compliance, and overall performance.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to procurement-related KPIs, proactively addressing gaps or risks.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation and correspondence related to all contracting activities throughout the contract lifecycle.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education • bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Operations Management, Engineering or equivalent.
Professional Qualifications (Certifications & Accreditations) One of the below certificates is preferable:
• Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) designation through the National Contract Management Association.
• Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) designation through the National Contract Management Association.
• Contract & Commercial Management (CCM) designation through the World Commerce & Contracting Association.
Experience • At least 3-9 years of relevant experience in contract procurement role.
Languages
• Good communication skills in English (oral and written).
