Roles & Responsibilities:


Operational:


  • Administer and coordinate the contract lifecycle to ensure contracts are properly executed, documented, and maintained in accordance with company procedures.
  • Support procurement and business stakeholders by ensuring contractual documentation accurately reflects approved commercial terms and conditions.
  • Maintain contract records, support compliance with internal governance, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Product/Process Improvement:


  • Identify opportunities to improve contract administration processes, documentation, and workflows to enhance efficiency and control.
  • Support the implementation of standardized templates, tools, and procedures to improve consistency in contract management activities.

Physical Working Conditions:


  • Normal working conditions (office): travel for training; company events when requested.


Qualifications

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:


Experience & Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong English language communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain, preferably in a contract administration or commercial support role.

Knowledge & Skills:


  • Strong understanding of contract documentation, procurement processes, and contract lifecycle management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to review and interpret contractual terms and coordinate with Legal, Procurement, and business stakeholders.
