Contracts Administrator



KBR’s Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group is looking for a Contracts Administrator to support the multi-year general maintenance services contract covering Petro Rabigh Polymer I and Polymer II plants at Rabigh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.




The Contracts Administrator will manage contracts related to the Petro Rabigh project ensuring compliance and facilitating communication between stakeholders. The Contracts Administrator will participate in the development and fulfillment of the project contract requirements.





Responsibilities:



  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for project execution
  • Manage and administer contracts and agreements with external parties
  • Ensure efficient and effective accomplishment of all contractual requirements
  • Collaborate with project managers and legal teams to align contract terms with project goals
  • Monitor contract performance and manage any disputes or changes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of all contracts and amendments
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve contract issues, mitigate risks, and facilitate contract modifications
  • Supports contract transition
  • All other duties as assigned


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 2 + years of directly related experience
  • Experience in contract management, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Familiar with industry regulations, compliance requirements, industry language
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluent in writing and reading English
  • Ability to successfully work in a multicultural environment
