Overview
We are looking for an
Integration Engineer to handle the technical side of customer deployments. This role
is the hands-on counterpart to the Delivery Project Manager. You will be
responsible for configuring and executing all integrations between the company and the customer’s existing enterprise systems, running end-to-end testing, and
ensuring everything works reliably before go-live. When gaps exist in the
product’s integration capabilities, you will work with the team to build or extend what’s needed.
Key
Responsibilities
•Configure and implement SSO integration (SAML 2.0,
OIDC) with the customer’s identity provider to enable secure single sign-on for the client
•Set up Active Directory or LDAP synchronization for
automated user provisioning, role mapping, and deprovisioning.
•Integrate client's Productivity module with
Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft Graph API for calendar, meeting management, and
email-related features.
•Integrate client's HR module with the customer’s
HRIS, including SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion HCM, or equivalent systems,
for employee data sync, org structure, leave management, and related workflows.
•Build and execute integration test plans covering data
flow validation, error handling, edge cases, and performance under realistic
load.
•Run end-to-end testing and support UAT cycles, working
directly with the customer’s technical teams to validate functionality and
resolve issues.
•Identify product gaps or missing APIs needed for
customer integrations, and work with the client's platform engineering team
to define requirements and deliver fixes or enhancements.
•Write and maintain integration documentation, including
configuration guides, API mapping references, and troubleshooting runbooks.
•Provide technical support during go-live and early production to ensure stability and quick resolution of integration-related issues.
•4+ years of experience as a software engineer,
integration engineer, or solutions engineer working with enterprise systems.
•Hands-on experience with identity and access
management: SAML 2.0, OIDC, Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP.
•Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Graph API,
Exchange Web Services (EWS), or Microsoft 365 integration patterns.
•Experience integrating with at least one major HRIS or
ERP platform: SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion HCM, Workday, or equivalent.
•Proficiency in at least one backend language (Python,
Java, Node.js, or C#) and comfort working with REST APIs, webhooks, and message
queues.
•Strong testing discipline: experience writing
integration tests, load tests, and working through UAT with customers.
•Ability to read and understand API documentation
quickly and debug integration issues independently.
•Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a
strong plus.
Nice to
Have
•Experience with middleware or integration platforms
(MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services, or similar).
•Familiarity with AI/ML platforms, agentic workflows, or
intelligent automation products.
•Experience working in the Saudi Arabia / GCC market,
including familiarity with local enterprise IT environments.
•Knowledge of data privacy and compliance requirements
relevant to Saudi Arabia (e.g., PDPL).
