Job description

Responsibilities: 


  • Assist with Liaison Tasks
    Help communicate and coordinate between technical teams and content operations to ensure smooth workflow.


  • Support Workflow Optimization
    Assist in improving and refining operational workflows to help the team meet creative and business goals.


Prepare and submit detailed weekly reports to the line manager, including: 


  • Titles pending board approval


  • Recently approved titles with projected/actual ROI


  • Outstanding titles with clearly defined next steps


  • Help Prioritize Requests
    Support the team in organizing and prioritizing incoming tasks and requests to ensure smooth processing.


  • Assist with System Updates
    Help track and report minor system adjustments needed for delivery and compliance.


  • Support Data Collection & Reporting
    Collect and organize data related to content lifecycle stages (script, production, release, postmortem).


  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally
    Work with team members and other departments to understand challenges and provide coordination support.


  • Help Manage Content Committees
    Assist in preparing materials for the Creative Reading Committee and Screening Committee.
    Help organize screening sessions and gather feedback.


  • Support Content Assessment
    Help review content proposals, presentations, and scripts by gathering necessary information and compiling feedback.


  • Assist in Market Research
    Help maintain databases of industry stakeholders and monitor regional TV series production updates.


  • Support Viewing Committee Members’ Contracts and Payments
    Assist in managing the contracts and monthly payments for Viewing Committee members, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping.


  • General Team Support
    Aid the team in task tracking and issue resolution to help deliver content operations effectively and on time.


Requirements


  • 1-2 years experience in related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Mass Communication or Media
  • Good time management and organizational skills


  • Clear and polite communication


  • Ability to collaborate with different teams
