The Consumer Activation Specialist plays a vital role in developing compliant, impactful activation strategies that drive brand equity, consumer acquisition, and strong trade partnerships while navigating the local regulatory and cultural landscape.

As aConsumer Activation Specialist - HoReCa, you will:

• Develop and execute integrated Consumer and HoReCa channel activation strategies
• Drive adult consumer engagement, brand awareness and repeat purchase while ensuring full regulatory compliance
• Plan, coordinate and manage 121 activations at points of sale and consumer-facing events
• Manage day-to-day cooperation with agencies, event vendors and third-party partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key HoReCa accounts
• Ensure full control and reporting of consumer activations at POS
• Partner with Brand and Trade Engagement managers to ensure consistent Brands and Trade programs execution across channels
• Monitor activation performance and report insights, results and and give recommendations on improvements
• Support budget management and cost-effective execution of activation plans

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in consumer and trade activation, preferably in FMCG industry
• Solid knowledge of the HoReCa channel
• Strong understanding of marketing regulations and compliance requirements
• Proven experience in agency and vendor management
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Arabic
