Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
12–18+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or advisory roles.
Strong background in top-tier consulting firms (Big 4, MBB, or equivalent) preferred.
Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs, ideally in government or enterprise sectors.
Strong executive presence and ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong commercial acumen and business development capability.
Deep understanding of strategy execution and organizational transformation.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
