WSP Middle East is excited to welcome a passionate and creative Consultant/ Senior Consultant – Lighting Design to our Innovation Lighting Design Studio within the Property & Buildings Business Unit, based in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities:
  • Design & Development: Produce comprehensive lighting designs, including sketches, graphical drawings, specifications, design reports, and mock-ups.


  • Project Management: Lead projects through all stages, managing budgets, timelines, and technical documentation.


  • Technical Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of lighting standards, software (e.g., DIALux, AGI32, Revit), and control systems.


  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering presentations and managing design expectations.


  • Site Coordination: Conduct on-site inspections, coordinate with contractors, and manage the implementation of lighting designs.


  • Innovation: Stay updated on market trends, sustainable practices, and new technology, sharing knowledge with the team.



Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or a related field, and a Master’s degree in Architectural Lighting Design or a similar discipline with full professional qualifications.


Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in lighting design consultancy.


Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.


Proficiency in lighting design tools (e.g., Dialux/Relux), CAD/BIM platforms, and presentation software is an advantage.


Ability to work independently and remotely while remaining engaged with the core team.
