Key Responsibilities: Manage testing and inspection from initiation to completion.
Review project specifications, standards, testing requirements, and contract documents.
Supervise site and laboratory testing activities to ensure compliance with applicable standards and procedures.
Provide technical guidance to testing and inspection personnel.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities on technical and project matters.
Review and approve test reports, technical documents, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, productivity, quality performance, and budget utilization.
Ensure compliance with ISO 17025, ISO 9001, safety requirements, and company procedures.
Investigate non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and drive continual improvement.
Support business development activities, project proposals, and technical presentations when required.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction material testing and inspection, including experience on major infrastructure, industrial, or mega projects.
Strong knowledge of ASTM, AASHTO, BS, EN, SASO, Saudi Aramco, and other relevant standards and specifications.
Demonstrated experience in project management, resource planning, and client coordination.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
