Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Construction Managerto join our award-winning team based in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.


We are seeking an experienced MEPO (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Operations) Construction Manager to join a leading construction consultancy delivering high-profile hospitality projects in Saudi Arabia. This role is critical in ensuring the successful coordination, execution, and delivery of all MEPO works within a PMC (Project Management Consultancy) environment.


The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record in managing complex hospitality developments.


We envisage success in this role to include:


  • Developing and maintaining professional and meaningful relationships with the project stakeholders to ensure project requirements are being satisfied.
  • Overseeing the contractor works on site to ensure project scope is met successfully.
  • Leading and oversee all MEPO construction activities across assigned hospitality projects
  • Acting as the primary MEPO representative within the PMC team, ensuring alignment with project objectives
  • Managing and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Reviewing and monitor MEPO designs, shop drawings, and technical submissions for compliance with project specifications
  • Ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
  • Conducting regular site inspections and progress meetings to track performance and mitigate risks
  • Driving commissioning, testing, and handover processes for all MEPO systems
  • Identifying and resolve technical challenges across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations, international standards, and health & safety requirements
  • Providing detailed reporting to senior stakeholders on progress, risks, and key milestones

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will includea minimum of 15 years’ career experience partnered with a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.


You must have Mega Project / Hospitality / Hotel experience 


Proven experience working within a PMC / consultancy environment (essential)
