Job Summary:

One of our clients in Saudi Arabia is looking for Construction Director - Civil .



Key Responsibilities:
  • The Construction Director is responsible for leading the on‑site construction execution and delivery across large‑scale construction projects. 
  • This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and quality requirements.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • 1. Project Execution & Oversight
  • 2. Coordination & Planning
  • 3. Site Safety & Compliance
  • 4. Team & Subcontractor Management
  • 5. Communication & Reporting

Requirements:
  • • Candidates must come from a Main Contractor background only.
  • • Profiles with experience primarily from PMC, PMCM, or consultancy environments are not suitable.
  • • The candidate must have directly managed projects as a Contractor, not in an oversight or advisory capacity.
  • • Project Directors from PMCM or PMC organisations are not acceptable.
  • • Candidates must have recent and relevant contractor-side experience; profiles where the candidate has not worked as a contractor for a prolonged period will be rejected.
  • • Proven delivery of large-scale, complex projects is essential.
