As a Compliance Professional, you will act as a strategic guardian, identifying and mitigating risks that could impact our business model. You will be responsible for enhancing our regulatory framework to align with evolving laws and industry standards while providing expert guidance on policy formulation. By bridging the gap between innovation and regulation, you will ensure new products are compliant and that legal insights are integrated into every key decision through close collaboration with internal control and legal functions.

Responsibilities


  • Ensuring marketplace compliance with product safety and regulatory requirements, including monitoring restricted products and enforcing seller compliance
  • Identifying compliance issues which may affect business
  • Providing guidance relating to the formulation and implementation of strategies and policies
  • Identifying gaps in processes and products, proposing solutions mitigating compliance risks
  • Maintaining and enhancing the regulatory compliance program/framework due to new laws, rules, regulations, regulatory guidance, corporate requirements, products, industry standards and other internal and external risk factors
  • Ensuring that appropriate legal advice is taken into account before decisions are taken and that systems are in place requiring legal review
  • Being aware of the new products to determine the level of compliance with established rules and regulation
  • Cooperating with other control functions and internal legal function
  • Understanding MP business model

Expected Qualifications


  • Min. 4+ years of experience in compliance
  • Graduates from related departments of universities, (preferably Law)
  • Ability to work and provide coverage for the whole area as an individual player
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong written skills with the ability to craft comprehensive and concise policy rules
  • High level of self-motivation, determination and confidence
  • Proficient skills in data analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and clear logical thinking
