Job description

Company Description

The FAENA Movement is a journey of art, culture, and community. Rooted in the soulful traditions of the South and elevated by imaginative design, our culture celebrates authentic hospitality and transformative experiences. We create spaces where dreams are brought to life—through bold ideas, meaningful collaboration, and a deep sense of purpose.
As we continue our expansion into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, FAENA The Red Sea will mark a new chapter—visionary in spirit, exceptional in execution. We’re building more than a hotel; we’re shaping a world of beauty, wonder, and connection. If you’re driven by creativity, excellence, and a desire to be part of something extraordinary, we invite you to help bring this vision to life.

Job Description

At FAENA The Red Sea, service is an art—and as a Butler, you are its most personal expression. Acting as the dedicated host for our guests, you curate every detail of the stay with precision, intuition, and discretion. From pre-arrival to departure, you anticipate needs before they are spoken, crafting seamless, highly personalized experiences that reflect FAENA’s bold spirit and commitment to luxury. As the bridge between the guest and the resort, you ensure every moment feels effortless, every interaction meaningful, and every stay unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver bespoke, intuitive service throughout the full guest journey—from pre-arrival to post-departure
  • Welcome guests with personalized suite orientation, handling luggage, unpacking, and in-room arrangements
  • Anticipate guest needs through observation and preference tracking, ensuring highly tailored experiences
  • Manage all guest requests including dining, reservations, amenities, laundry, and special occasions
  • Maintain immaculate presentation of suites, wardrobes, and in-room details in line with FAENA standards
  • Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, IRD, and Concierge to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Arrange and oversee personalized F&B experiences and in-room dining for VIP and special attention guests
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and discretion, ensuring swift resolution and satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and service history for future stays
  • Support arrival and departure experiences, including in-room check-in and express check-out
  • Monitor room condition and report maintenance or quality issues proactively
  • Promote resort services and experiences, identifying opportunities to enhance the guest stay
  • Assist with guest logistics including airport transfers, activities, and special arrangements
  • Uphold the highest standards of grooming, presentation, and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years’ experience as a Butler or in a similar luxury guest service role within a 5-star hotel or resort
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Strong understanding of luxury service standards (Forbes or equivalent)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to engage
  • Highly intuitive, detail-oriented, and proactive in anticipating guest needs
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive guest information with professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with hotel systems such as Opera or similar is an advantage
  • Well-groomed, polished, and confident in guest-facing environments
  • Flexible, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional, personalized service
