Qualifications and Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or solution design.
Experience with digital transformation or enterprise system projects is an advantage.
Required Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in business process modeling (BPMN) and diagramming tools (e.
g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart).
Familiarity with business analysis and project management tools (e.
g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across departments.
Strong documentation and presentation skills.
Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
