Responsibilities Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the real estate sector.
Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, developers, and investors.
Prepare and present proposals that effectively communicate Rgheeb’s real estate solutions and value propositions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed smoothly.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
Attend real estate events and networking opportunities to expand Rgheeb's presence in the industry.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activity and market insights to management.
Earn commission on closed deals in addition to base salary.
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, particularly in the real estate sector.
Strong understanding of real estate markets, trends, and investment principles.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Results-driven with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
