The role focuses on managing the full B2B sales cycle, from client meetings and presentations to negotiations, deal closure, and post-sale follow-up within the construction sector. Responsibilities: Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives Attend client meetings and represent the company professionally Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and bids Manage negotiations and close B2B deals Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients Follow up with clients throughout the sales and project lifecycle Coordinate with internal teams to support proposals and project delivery Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular reports Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development Proven experience in the construction or project-based sector Strong presentation and proposal development skills Experience dealing with corporate clients and decision-makers Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and CRM tools Fluent in English
