Job Description

Raffles The Red Sea is seeking a professional and organized Breakfast Supervisor to lead our breakfast operations in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. In this supervisory role, you will oversee all aspects of our breakfast service, ensuring exceptional quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. You will manage a diverse team, maintain operational excellence, and uphold the luxury hospitality standards that define the Raffles brand.


  • Supervise and coordinate all breakfast service operations, including food preparation, plating, and guest service
  • Lead, train, and motivate breakfast team members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high performance standards
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations at all times
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control to maintain consistent excellence
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance reviews to optimize team productivity
  • Conduct inventory management and communicate stock requirements to ensure adequate supplies
  • Address guest concerns and complaints professionally, implementing solutions to enhance satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, kitchen, and service stations
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate seamless service delivery
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures and best practices
  • Analyze operational metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage operations or hotel breakfast service
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating diverse teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards, health regulations, and hygiene protocols
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask effectively
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Customer-focused mindset with commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing operational needs
  • Proficiency in inventory management and basic cost control
  • Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and hospitality management software
  • Preferred: Experience in luxury hotel or resort operations
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Middle Eastern hospitality standards and diverse guest preferences
