Bartender/Barista

At Six Flags Qiddiya City, The Bartender/Barista - Food & Beverage will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, smoothies, and other derinks, while providing exceptional guest service.
This role involves taking guest orders, preparing beverages to the highest standards, and maintaining a clean and organized beverage station.
The Bartender/Barista will engage with guests to recommend menu items, handle payments, and create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience: 0-1 years of experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
Skills: Strong ability to interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in handling transactions, calculating totals, and providing accurate change.
Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely, ensuring consistent drink quality.
Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Quickly addresses guest concerns and operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption during service.
Capable of standing for extended periods and handling the physical demands of a fast-paced beverage environment.
Languages : Fluent in Arabic & English.
