Responsibilities:
  • Drive the implementation of cooperative marketing agreements with partners, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with STA’s marketing strategies, brand positioning, and business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with associations, partners, and key stakeholders across various markets to foster collaboration and maximize the value of joint marketing efforts.
  • Develop and execute trade marketing plans in coordination with Marketing and Business Units to strengthen market presence, elevate brand engagement, and enhance partner loyalty.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of trade marketing activities. Utilize data-driven insights to assess performance, optimize campaigns, and improve ROI on COOP marketing investments.
  • Conduct market and industry research to identify emerging opportunities, competitive trends, and potential strategic partnerships that drive innovation in trade marketing.
  • Oversee trade marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective execution of campaigns while maximizing visibility and impact.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Business Units, and Partnerships) to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing and event-related initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned to support the achievement of departmental and organizational goals.
