Associate Manager, People Partner

About the Role



We are looking for a People & Culture Partner professional to lead and deliver core HR processes while partnering closely with business leaders and global stakeholders. In this role, you will manage the full employee lifecycle, support the implementation of P&C initiatives, ensure compliance with local regulations, and contribute to a consistent, high-quality employee experience.




In this role, you will be responsible for:



  • Managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, off-boarding, career development, learning, internal mobility, and adherence to internal policies.
  • Coordinating with P&C functions such as recruitment, compensation, and benefits to ensure seamless operations and effective service delivery.
  • Contributing to the local deployment of reward programs, evaluating their success, and providing compensation guidance to local management.
  • Implementing P&C policies, programs, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
  • Handling employee relations matters and performance management in collaboration with management.
  • Supporting P&C reporting and analytics, generating insights for continuous improvement.
  • Staying updated on local labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and recommending adjustments where needed.
  • Collaborating with Centers of Excellence (COEs), Global Business Partners, and local specialists to deploy initiatives effectively.
  • Managing government-related processes and portals (Qiwa, Muddad, GOSI, MOFA, etc.).
  • Signing off on monthly payroll and occasionally processing payroll as a backup.

About the Ideal Candidate:



  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources, including a role as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in a global, matrix environment, preferably within the IT sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources processes and regional labor regulations, with strong employee relations knowledge.
  • Proactive problem solver with strong business acumen that drives results.
  • Capable of navigating complex situations with confidence.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Saudi Arabia.
