Devsinc is looking for Associate Business Development Executive Saudi National (only) supports the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and assisting in sales and market expansion activities.
The role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, proposal support, and market research within the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify new business opportunities within assigned markets .
Support senior business development managers in client acquisition and retention .
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients .
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation .
Maintain and update CRM systems with leads, contacts, and opportunities .
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communications with prospective clients .
Support negotiations and contract discussions under supervision .
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, operations) to support sales initiatives .
Track sales activities and prepare regular performance reports .
Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and exhibitions.
Qualifications & Requirements Saudi National (mandatory) Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Fresh upto 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic & English) .
Good presentation and negotiation skills .
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) .
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus .
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
