We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Novotel Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will lead and inspire our sales team to achieve and exceed targets while fostering strong customer relationships in this unique and culturally significant market.
Saudi National, preferably with a background or strong familiarity with the Holy Cities (Makkah and Madinah).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in sales or marketing roles within the hospitality or hotel industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Advanced negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Demonstrated expertise in sales forecasting, market analysis, and performance reporting.
In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market, customer behavior, and business culture.
Strong understanding of the hospitality market in the Holy Cities, including seasonal demand during Hajj and Umrah periods.
Experience working with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and key partners in the hospitality sector.
Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel within the region when required.
