Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Novotel Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will lead and inspire our sales team to achieve and exceed targets while fostering strong customer relationships in this unique and culturally significant market.


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

  • Saudi National, preferably with a background or strong familiarity with the Holy Cities (Makkah and Madinah).


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.


  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales or marketing roles within the hospitality or hotel industry.


  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.


  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.


  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.


  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications.


  • Advanced negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.


  • Demonstrated expertise in sales forecasting, market analysis, and performance reporting.


  • In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market, customer behavior, and business culture.


  • Strong understanding of the hospitality market in the Holy Cities, including seasonal demand during Hajj and Umrah periods.


  • Experience working with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and key partners in the hospitality sector.


  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).


  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


  • Willingness to travel within the region when required.
