Responsibilities and Duties Leadership
· Assist the head pastry chef in preparing and producing desserts and pastries.
· Follow recipes and maintain high quality and presentation standards.
· Support factory or kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow.
· Help manage ingredients, inventory, and hygiene standards.
· Collaborate with the team to meet production targets.
Job Specifications
· Previous experience supporting chefs in pastry or dessert kitchens.
· Basic knowledge of Western desserts, pastries, and bakery operations.
· Ability to work effectively in a in a pastry production or factory environment.
· Strong commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
