The Assistant Manager - Technology Procurement will be responsible for managing and executing the procurement process of technology products and services that support the company's strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities : 1.
Technology Procurement Manage end-to-end procurement activities including RFP preparation, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contract finalization related to technology goods and services.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal standards, and quality requirements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand technology procurement needs and deliver solutions within agreed timelines and budgets.
2. Vendor and Contract Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with technology suppliers, monitoring performance against agreed service levels and contractual terms.
Conduct regular vendor assessments and manage supplier compliance to ensure optimal service quality.
Address and resolve any vendor-related issues promptly to minimize business disruption.
3. Budgeting and Reporting Monitor procurement spend and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities related to technology procurement.
Prepare and present comprehensive procurement reports reflecting costs, savings, vendor performance, and contract status.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement best practices to improve procurement efficiency.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in technology procurement or supply chain management, preferably in large-scale projects or corporate environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, IT, or related discipline; advanced degrees or professional certifications (CIPS, CPSM) are advantageous.
Proven expertise in vendor negotiation, contract management, and procurement processes.
Familiarity with procurement management software such as SAP, Oracle, or Ariba.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Understanding of local market regulations and business culture in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
