Responsibilities
* Lead the development of architectural designs for a range of projects, from initial concept and schematic design to detailed construction drawings.
* Prepare and present design proposals, specifications, and reports to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
* Utilise industry-standard software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp) to create detailed 2D and 3D models and construction documents.
* Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including engineers, urban planners, interior designers, and construction managers.
* Ensure all designs are compliant with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards in Saudi Arabia.
* Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to the design intent and quality standards.
* Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
* Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the design team.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognised university.
* Proven professional experience working as an Architect, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of completed projects.
* Professional licensure or registration with a relevant architectural body is highly desirable.
* Expert proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
* In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and Saudi Arabian building regulations.
* Exceptional design, visualisation, and technical skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
* Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
