Job description

Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a leading engineering consultancy start-up under the umbrella of a financial services group, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.


Key Accountabilities 

  • Draft architectural concepts and convert them into precise technical drawings.
  • Prepare architectural and construction drawings at a professional level.
  • Prepare client documentation related to projects.
  • Submit and follow up on transactions via the Amanah electronic system.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities and fulfill plan inspection requirements.
  • Coordinate with architectural and structural engineers to implement modifications required by competent authorities.
  • Review and approve architectural and structural drawings to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience


We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architectural or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in engineering consultancy offices.
  • Proficiency in preparing architectural working drawings.
  • Skilled in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3Ds Max.
  • Experience using the Balady platform’s plan review engine.
  • Valid professional classification from the Saudi Council of Engineers.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to regulatory compliance.
