About the job ARCHITECTURAL BIM MODELER
Architectural BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing and coordinating detailed BIM models for landscape and park-related architectural elements. The role focuses on delivering high-quality models for public realm projects such as parks, plazas, promenades, and recreational spaces, ensuring alignment with design intent, constructability, and BIM standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for architectural elements within parks and public realm projects
- Prepare shop drawings and construction documentation directly from BIM models
- Coordinate with landscape, civil, structural, and MEP teams to ensure integrated and buildable designs
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues across disciplines
- Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, BIM Execution Plan (BEP), and ISO 19650 requirements
- Maintain required level of development (LOD 300–400) for all architectural models
- Extract quantities, schedules, and bill of quantities (BOQs) from BIM models
- Update models based on design revisions, RFIs, and site conditions
- Support site teams with as-built models and related documentation
- Maintain proper file structure, naming conventions, and workflows within the Common Data Environment (CDE)
Key Qualifications:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- 4 to 8 years of experience in architectural BIM modeling
- Mandatory experience in parks, landscape, or public realm projects
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Strong understanding of park design elements and outdoor architectural structures
- Knowledge of materials used in landscape architecture such as stone, timber, and metal systems
- Ability to interpret landscape drawings and integrate them with architectural components
- Strong coordination and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in large-scale park or urban development projects is preferred
- Familiarity with terrain modeling and site coordination is an advantage
- Experience in Revit family creation for custom architectural or park elements is beneficial
- Knowledge of Saudi or GCC standards is an advantage
