Architect - KSA Based

Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Architect to join our team for our Data Center projects based in KSA. Ideal candidate will be responsible for creating designs, drawings, and specifications.
Job Responsibility:
- Design and plan architectural projects in accordance with client needs and local regulations.
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction teams to follow.
- Work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure projects are executed as per the design.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, especially in Data Center projects.
Candidate Requirements:
- Attested Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Proven experience working on architectural projects, preferably including Data Center projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
