As an Analyst in Workplace Operations at Qiddiya Investment Company, you will play an integral role in optimizing and enhancing the efficiency of our workplace environments.
Your primary responsibility will be to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights that inform workplace strategies and improve overall operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day building operations, including facility management and maintenance activities.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure asset reliability.
• Supervise service providers and ensure SLA compliance on-site.
• Track building performance (MEP systems, utilities, safety systems) and address operational gaps.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and maintenance planning for the building.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil or Building Services)or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in operational analysis, workplace management, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, preventive maintenance planning, and asset lifecycle management.
• Good understanding of FM contracts, vendor management, and regulatory compliance • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
