AI Automation Specialist

Our client is a nationally prominent Saudi automotive group operating across vehicle importation, distribution, and retail. As an authorised importer, the organisation manages customs compliance, and national distribution alongside a broad retail and aftersales network. The group is now executing a strategic AI-driven digital transformation, building a genuinely intelligent operating model across every business function.

The Opportunity

Reporting to senior leadership, the AI Automation Specialist will serve as the primary technical architect of the group's enterprise automation capability. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for an individual who combines practised machine learning engineering with the commercial instincts of a strategic business partner. You will design, build, and own the automation solutions that materially reshape how this organisation operates, competes, and serves its customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy AI-driven automation across supply chain, vehicle inventory, CRM, and aftersales operations
• Design and implement ML models, intelligent workflows, and RPA to streamline importer and retail processes
• Lead AI integration with enterprise systems including ERP, DMS, and CRM, ensuring interoperability and data integrity
• Analyse large-scale datasets to identify optimisation opportunities across distribution, pricing, and customer lifecycle management
• Establish governance frameworks covering compliance, data security, and ethical AI standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align automation strategy with commercial objectives

Candidate Profile

• Proven AI, ML, or automation engineering background with strong Python and data engineering capability
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or comparable frameworks; demonstrated RPA implementation
• Enterprise systems integration expertise; automotive, logistics, or distribution sector exposure preferred
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement; ability to translate technical solutions into commercial value
• Degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or related discipline
• Readiness to relocate to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
