As a Advanced Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers in the Process Automation (PA), Lifecycle Services & Solutions (LSS) business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Support Honeywell Products and Solutions in LSS Portfolio not limited to DCS, ESD, Network, and Virtualization.
  • Day to day customers support and troubleshooting the reported incidents related to Experion PKS, TPS, Safety Manager, Network, and Virtualization.
  • Lead the assigned projects and participate in the execution, mainly for the migration projects and other projects awarded to LSS.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers.
  • Provide advanced technical support and expertise for our LSS solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Deliver direct value to priority customers to promote business success

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution/university in a technical discipline such as Electronic engineer or Computer systems engineer
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions.
  • Experience in Honeywell Experion PKS, TPS, Network, and Virtualization.
  • Honeywell On-Process Migration (OPM) Certificate, and VMWare Professional Certificate.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Process Automation technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in project management and execution.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficient English level.
