Possess local resources, be familiar with administrative-related work, and capable of handling internal and external matters such as company qualification maintenance and management (including company licenses, social insurance, chamber of commerce registration, visa processing, and utility bill payments).
Responsible for maintaining the daily office environment and managing office supplies.
Draft, distribute, and manage various official documents and correspondence, as well as archive management.
Manage employee travel arrangements and reimbursement processes.
Provide efficient internal customer service and address employee inquiries.
Complete other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Specific salary to be determined after interview (SAR 8,000 - SAR 10,000)
Skills
Native proficiency in Arabic.
English or Chinese as a second language (preference will be given to candidates speak both English and Chinese).
Familiarity with the culture, religious beliefs, and taboos of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently coordinate with internal and external personnel.
Proactive problem-solving and adaptability.
Willing to work long-term in Riyadh with strong stability.
