Accountant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant (Fresh Graduate) to join our Financial Division at our Riyadh Headquarters. The role focuses on performing all financial transaction and operational activities, including accounts payable, petty cash, bank reconciliations, and payroll, ensuring all processes are handled in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process all received purchase orders (POs), invoices, and related documents while ensuring compliance with internal policies before preparing vouchers and payment requests.
• Release all due payments to suppliers.
• Review clubs’ payment letters and prepare related documents for supplier payments.
• Handle, renew, finalize, and settle the Petty Cash Fund (PCF), including monthly liquidation and replenishment.
• Follow up on subscription payments from members to ensure timely collection.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve pending transactions.
• Ensure all payroll documents are received and processed on time to ensure the timely payment of employee salaries.
