Job description

  • Select partners and prioritize promotion categories that will best attract visitors from targeted Market Units (MUs) source markets.
  • Work with MUs to develop clear sales promotion strategies, including requirements for briefing, ROI calculations, and reporting.
  • Plan a sales promotion schedule across various MUs, ensuring the right activities happen at the right time.
  • Set and agree on performance targets with partners for each activity, then monitor progress, gather feedback, and report on outcomes.
  • Negotiate and confirm sales promotions with key trade and non-trade partners.
  • Plan and carry out targeted campaigns to support sales promotions, in coordination with the relevant MUs.
  • Design and use frameworks that allow MUs to track promotion and brand KPIs such as share of voice, customer loyalty, market penetration, sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics.
  • Establish strong working relationships with advertising agencies and other key operators to ensure alignment and support for brand strategies.
  • Perform other activities as and when required.
