- Work with MUs to develop clear sales promotion strategies, including requirements for briefing, ROI calculations, and reporting.
- Plan a sales promotion schedule across various MUs, ensuring the right activities happen at the right time.
- Set and agree on performance targets with partners for each activity, then monitor progress, gather feedback, and report on outcomes.
- Negotiate and confirm sales promotions with key trade and non-trade partners.
- Plan and carry out targeted campaigns to support sales promotions, in coordination with the relevant MUs.
- Design and use frameworks that allow MUs to track promotion and brand KPIs such as share of voice, customer loyalty, market penetration, sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics.
- Establish strong working relationships with advertising agencies and other key operators to ensure alignment and support for brand strategies.
- Perform other activities as and when required.
