The Role:

We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled 3D Generalist with a strong portfolio in 3D design, animation, VFX, and motion graphics. This is a "do-it-all" creative role for an artist who thrives on variety and is passionate about every stage of the 3D pipeline. You will be instrumental in bringing our diverse projects to life, from initial concept to final render.

Our ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of Blender. While we value expertise in the entire Autodesk and Adobe suites, a strong proficiency and preference for Blender is highly desired.


Key Responsibilities:

  • 3D Design & Modeling: Create high-quality, detailed 3D models of characters, products, environments, and other assets for various projects, including corporate films, commercials, and architectural visualizations.
  • Animation & Motion Graphics: Design and execute stunning 2D and 3D motion graphics and animations. This includes everything from animating logos and text to creating complex character animations and product explainers.
  • VFX & Compositing: Integrate visual effects, such as particles, fluids, and simulations, into live-action footage. Composite 3D elements seamlessly to create photorealistic or stylized final shots.
  • Texturing, Lighting & Rendering: Create realistic and stylized textures, materials, and shaders. Set up and control lighting to establish mood and visual tone. Render final scenes with an eye for quality and efficiency.
  • Conceptualization & Storyboarding: Collaborate with the creative team, directors, and clients to visualize and develop concepts, and translate storyboards into compelling animated sequences.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage your workflow and project assets efficiently within the production pipeline, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising artistic quality.
  • Stay Updated: Proactively stay informed about the latest techniques, technologies, and trends in 3D, VFX, and motion graphics to keep 3D Media Production at the cutting edge.




Skills

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a 3D Generalist, 3D/VFX Artist, or Motion Graphics Designer in a professional production environment.
  • A strong and diverse portfolio is essential. It must showcase a high level of skill in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, motion graphics, and VFX compositing.


  • Proficiency in Blender is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will use Blender as a primary tool in their workflow.
  • Strong experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Photoshop, for compositing and texture creation.
  • Experience with other 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Maya) is a plus.
  • A solid understanding of the principles of animation, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent creative and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality, visually stunning content.
