الهدف من الوظيفة:

العمل على زيادة مبيعات الفندق من خلال الترويج لخدمات الإقامة، قاعات الاجتماعات، المناسبات، وخدمات الضيافة المختلفة، وبناء علاقات فعالة مع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• التواصل مع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين لتقديم عروض وخدمات فندق نورماس.
• إعداد وتنفيذ خطط الزيارات البيعية لزيادة الحجوزات والإشغال.
• التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى (الاستقبال، الفعاليات، التموين) لضمان تقديم خدمة متميزة للعملاء.
• إعداد تقارير دورية عن نتائج المبيعات وتحليل المنافسين والسوق المحلي.
• المشاركة في المعارض والفعاليات الترويجية لتمثيل الفندق.
• تحقيق الأهداف البيعية المحددة من قبل الإدارة.

Job Purpose:

To increase hotel revenue by promoting Normas Hotel’s accommodation, meeting/event spaces, and hospitality services. This role focuses on building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to achieve set sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with current and potential clients to promote Normas Hotel’s services.
• Develop and implement sales visit plans to boost bookings and revenue.
• Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Events, F&B) to ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and market analysis.
• Represent the hotel in exhibitions and promotional events.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals set by management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality or hotel industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• English proficiency (spoken and written) is preferred.
