المهام والمسؤوليات:
الإشراف الكامل على عمليات الفروع اليومية وضمان تحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
تطوير وتحسين تجربة العملاء داخل المتاجر.
مراقبة أداء الفروع والموظفين ووضع الخطط التطويرية.
تنسيق عمليات التوريد والمخزون والتأكد من توفر المنتجات بشكل مستمر.
تدريب وتوجيه فرق العمل في الفروع لضمان الأداء الفعال.
إعداد التقارير الدورية ومراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs).
ضمان التزام الفروع بالمعايير والسياسات العامة للشركة.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily branch operations and ensure sales targets are met.
Develop and improve the customer experience in-store.
Monitor branch and employee performance and develop development plans.
Coordinate supply and inventory operations and ensure continuous product availability.
Train and mentor branch teams to ensure efficient performance.
Prepare periodic reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure branch compliance with company standards and general policies.
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة العمليات أو إدارة الفروع في قطاع التجزئة (يفضل الملابس).
مهارات قيادية عالية وقدرة على تحفيز الفرق وتحقيق النتائج.
قدرة ممتازة على التحليل واتخاذ القرارات بناءً على البيانات.
إجادة التعامل مع أنظمة نقاط البيع وتقارير الأداء.
مهارات تواصل عالية كتابية وشفوية.
Required Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in operations management or branch management in the retail sector (preferably clothing).
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams and achieve results.
Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and performance reports.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
