Vice President of Technology

We are seeking a Vice President of Technology who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role (VP or equivalent), preferably in fast-paced, complex organizations;
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize scattered data and artifacts into clear operational insights;
• Strong communication skills, with a track record of producing executive-level materials that balance strategic vision and operational detail;
• Demonstrated ability to build rapid prototypes or tools to solve business challenges;
• Deep understanding of process design, governance, and organizational routines;
• Experience leveraging AI and digital tools to drive measurable business outcomes;
• Skilled in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and driving alignment in matrixed or ambiguous environments;
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
