This dual study program will kick start students’ careers by giving them an opportunity to put their academic studies to immediate use in industry. In tandem they will be able to bring real industry insight back to their academic pursuits.

What you'll do
Starting on September 15th, 2026, the program kicks off with a comprehensive onboarding phase in which you will strengthen your technical skills and get to know SAP and your fellow program participants.
Our program provides numerous opportunities within SAP. Throughout the program, you will rotate through three different departments and gain insights into various topics (6 months each rotation). You will broaden your knowledge in your preferred working fields and prepare yourself for a successful career in the IT industry.
You will work an average of 20 hours per week, with flexible working hours to suit your lecture times. At the end of your studies, in consultation with your university supervisor, you can write a practice-oriented master's thesis with SAP.
For your personal and professional development, there will be plenty of training options for pursuing your individual development goals.

Recruitment process
This position serves as a talent pool for the STAR Program Student at SAP Romania. The recruitment process, including all interviews and candidate communication, will take place on a rolling basis between March 2026 and July 2026, and candidates may be contacted at different stages during this period.

Compensation Range Transparency
